Over the week, we’ll cover the FUNdamentals of comedy, like…

• Improv: Learn about the spirit of collaboration and working together to make funny appear out of thin air!

• Character and Sketch: Bring out those silly wigs and costumes! Let’s find what’s funny about being human.

• Clowning (Not birthday clowns, but in the modern theatrical style) is about finding joy in mistakes—kids will learn to play, take risks, and make the audience laugh just by being their most honest, silly selves.

• Mask Making: The kids will learn about comedic archetypes and how to make their very own comedy masks!

• Filmmaking: We’ll learn how to create sketch comedy videos out of the funny discoveries we make throughout the week.

• Performance! Comedy is nothing without an audience. Campers will put together a showcase for families and friends to show off their brilliant and hilarious talents.
